Seventy seven years after the end of the Shoah the Jewish people are once again under attack, both in Israel and in the diaspora.
Compared with my father, who survived the Holocaust, I have lived a peaceful life. Even so, I cannot remember a time when Jews have faced so much hostility.
I want Israel to survive and thrive. I want Jews to live in Peace.
I listen to The Times of Israel podcast daily and follow each update from that fine publication. The Times of Israel Daily Briefing is deeply important to me. It is my daily contact with the Jewish homeland.
I keep in close contact with my relatives in Israel and pray for their well being. I’ve started attending services on Shabbat.
I thank the United States government for its support of the Jewish state.
On the eve of 2024, I pray for peace.
