Amazon is now the biggest delivery business in the United States. The Wall Street Journal reports that Amazon delivered more packages to U.S. homes in 2022 than UPS, after eclipsing FedEx in 2020, and it is on track to widen the gap this year.
Amazon now accounts for only about 11% of UPS’s revenue. FedEx stopped delivering for Amazon in 2019. Amazon itself delivers more than 5 billion packages a year.
How the mighty have fallen.
