La Galerie Dior opened in the Spring of 2022. It presents the richness of the House of Dior through the work of Christian Dior (1905-1957) and his six successors. It is adjacent to the Dior flagship store located at 30 rue de la Montaigne. La Galerie Dior was designed by the American architect Peter Marino (1949-).

The huge gallery is divided into thirteen thematic spaces housing 130 haute couture outfits, 33 toiles and between 150 and 200 accessories. La Galerie Dior is open daily from 11 am to 7 pm, except Tuesday. Tickets cost €12.

After entering, visitors take an elevator to the third floor by and ultimately exit down a spectacular spiral staircase. The exhibitions are jaw dropping even if you’re not a devotee of haute couture.

Next door at 30 Avenue Montaigne is Dior’s largest boutique. It’s hands down the most beautiful store I’ve ever seen. The boutique includes a restaurant and a pastry café, housed in an atrium space filled with towering tropical trees and a bed of flowers. The boutique is worth visiting even if you don’t plan on buying anything.
